Store Policy

• Order processing time is 10 business days (excluding Fridays and Saturdays). This duration may be extended during peak seasons, high order volumes, or production delays. You can track your order through the website if updates are available. Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the store’s responsibility ends, and you may track your shipment using the provided tracking number.

• Processing time does not include delivery time.

• We do not accept urgent orders.

• We do not accept custom measurements (width/length) that differ from those listed in our size chart.

• No changes can be made to the design, color, or additions after placing the order.

• Please ensure your measurements are accurate before placing an order.

• We ask that you be committed to your order, as no exchanges or returns are accepted except in specific cases.

Loose threads are a normal part of the custom-made abaya due to its nature. Kindly use scissors to remove them.

• All pieces are true to reality, but may appear different depending on lighting. You can view them on our Instagram, TikTok, or in customer photos. For designs offered in different shades, all details and photos are clearly stated on the website, if available.

• Once an order is confirmed and its status is updated to "In Progress," no refund will be issued, as the fabric has been cut and stitching has started.

• If, after inspection, the measurements confirmed in the order match either the customer-provided measurements or our standard sizing chart, the order is considered valid and correct.

• If a customer requests a return or alteration despite accurate sizing, the store has the right to:

  1. Refuse the modification and return the abaya as-is, with the customer bearing all shipping costs (return and delivery), OR
  2. Cancel the order and refund the product price after deducting all shipping and return costs—in this case, the abaya remains the property of the store.

• Any false claims or attempts to manipulate size issues are a breach of service terms, and the store may take appropriate actions to protect its rights and cover incurred costs.

• If a return shipping label is issued, the customer has 48 hours to hand the package to the approved shipping company.

• If not delivered within this timeframe, the return label becomes automatically void, and the abaya will not be accepted or received after that.

• Reactivating an order or issuing a new shipping label is at the store’s discretion and may require a new shipping fee.

Please respect the deadlines to protect everyone's rights and avoid cancellation.

Exchange and Return Policy

Returns are only accepted in the following cases:Return:

• If there is a manufacturing defect, the item arrives damaged, or there's a tear in the abaya, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram direct messages, attaching a photo clearly showing the issue.

The amount will be refunded after we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm the defect or damage as shown in the client's photo.

Refunds take up to 21 business days.

Exchange:

• If there's a mistake in the size or the wrong item was sent, notify us within 24 hours of receipt. A return label will be issued, and the store will cover the shipping costs.

Once the returned item is received by Aramex, a replacement will be processed within 14 business days.

If the item is not returned within this period, it will be considered misuse or neglect, and the exchange request will be void.

Only one exchange is allowed.

• Contacting the store via any method other than the ones listed above will not be acknowledged.

Shipping/delivery fees charged by the shipping company are non-refundable.


Returns/Exchanges NOT Accepted In These Cases:

• If the return/exchange window mentioned above has expired.

• If the abaya was altered by the customer after receiving it, the return/exchange request will be cancelled.

The same item will be returned to the customer, and they will cover the shipping fees.

• If there is a defect caused by misuse or incorrect washing, contrary to our care instructions posted on Instagram, the abaya will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• Orders placed with a discount code or during seasonal/free shipping promotions are non-refundable unless they fall under the first return condition (manufacturing defect/damage).

• Exchanges for such orders (discounted/free shipping) are only allowed if the wrong item was delivered, and the customer must notify us immediately upon receipt as per the terms above.


By confirming your order, you fully agree to these terms.
